Booklist Review

The prevailing sentiment from Interweave magazine's editors never be without something to knit again is one all self-professed crafters would agree with. (Then again, there's the ever-increasing yarn stash to contend with!) Showcased here, as the title indicates, are 100 knitting patterns from the magazine, almost perfectly transposed from one page to another, with one rather large exception: expect no level of difficulty to be indicated. Knitters with beginner skills (unless accompanied by an experienced instructor) will need to look longingly at designs like the Koolhaas cap, the Central Park hoodie, and the Charleston pullover until capabilities improve. Plus, no back-of-the-book how-to instructions are included, which means even crafters with more than just the rudiments might have to resort to consulting two books at once.--Barbara Jacobs Copyright 2018 Booklist
