Areas covered include Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Hawaii, the Marquesas, Niue, the Cook Islands and New Zealand. Materials used include: jade, whale teeth and bone, shark teeth, tapa, coconut fibres, shells, flax and other plant fibres.
